RIO DE JANEIRO, Aug. 27 (Xinhua) -- Brazilian national coach Dunga has announced on Thursday that Sandro will be called for the replacement of injured Josue.
Josue recently underwent surgery in his right knee and is expected to return to action in a month or so.
Sandro, currently playing for the Brazilian team of Internacional, will be fielded in the upcoming World Cup South American qualifiers against Argentina and Chile.
The 20 year-old recently earned his right to be a starter on the Internacional team. He is well known for his participation in the under-20 national team that won the latest edition of the South American Championship.
